Garri is mostly taking by the igbos nowadays and is also useful in our mordern lives today, let move down to our todays tutorials.


 REQUIREMENTS:
  1. CASSAVA
  2. KNIFE
  3. BASIN
  4. WATER
  5. GRINDER
  6. GRANDER
  7. GARRI POT

  METHOD OF PREPARATION: 

First of all get a cassava wash them and peal and grate with a grating machine. After grating you put it in a sack and press it with heavy loads to drain the water. The grated cassava is now sieved in order to remove the chaff and it is then fried or roast it in a pot. if you don't put red oil to the grated cassava, a white garri is produced. But if you put oil, you produce red or yellow garri.
